What is a FoodBox?

It’s a box of prepped and packaged food ready for you to eat fresh, or apply minimal time cooking. Depending on your appetite, the FoodBox will account for 60 percent to 80 percent of everything you eat for the week, inclusive of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

What’s in the box?

Six portions of protein (6 to 8 ounces each) inclusive of 3 different *types* of protein

two 16 ounce containers of vegetables

two 16 ounce containers of fruit

two 16 ounce containers of fruit with oatmeal or chia seed pudding

3 pieces of frittata or breakfast bake

3 healthy snacks (usually vegetables and or cured meat, guacamole, hummus, etc)

1lb of salad lettuce

16 ounce container of cucumbers

16 ounce container of tomatoes

8 ounces of diced peppers

How does the FoodBox & SaladBox by Gail work?

  1. Order your FoodBox or SaladBox by 10pm on Tuesday. You can sign up for just one or pre-order for several weeks.
    Durning the week, Gail shops and customizes a seasonal, fresh and healthy menu. *Keep an eye out for the Ingredient of the Week*
  2. Pick Up your FoodBox or SaladBox from the kitchen between 5pm – 7pm on Friday evening.
  3. Enjoy your delicious FoodBox or SaladBox without the time and headache of shopping and chopping. Don’t forget to re-order by 10pm on Saturdays!
